Hint for using "Busy" patterned paper

I post these in their brightest form but sometimes when I use them, I soften them, make parts almost transparent or use small amounts. You can also use them as textures or overlays. You can save them as patterns and use them to fill in things like flowers, hearts, and other design elements.
