Your day may seem mundane
Or routine at the very best
You may not win accolades
Or with wealth and awards be blessed.
You may not be in any books
And reject slips may be abundant
You may have submitted layouts
Until refusals became redundant.
You may do simple pages
When everyone else is doodling flowers
And the simplest layout you do
May take only minutes or several hours.
You may have wonderful thoughts
Or be lacking in the journaling art
But whatever your page it
It is a product of your loving heart.
Your life is worth recording
Your day is worthy to share
In the album of your family
Your photos should be there.
The magazines are only a fraction-
A tiny fleeting fraction of fame
That is just icing on the cake of life
But not necessary to carry on your name.
Don't depend on others to say you're worthy
And to decide what matters overall
Your life is worthy of recording
Even if no magazine should ever call.
Love,
THena
