I love you so much
Love the way your soft fur
Feels to my touch.
I pray for you daily
And ask God to bless
My sweet furry friends
With health and happiness.
I doubt that He minds
That I bring up your names
For He knows without pets
This world wouldn't be the same.
You bring such joy to my day
And your cuddles at night
Speak to my heart
And bring me delight.
You ask nothing more
Than to be part of my day
To have a bit of food
And a little time to play.
I asked God to help me to be
The kind of loyal friend to you
