Sweet little one, how I adore you!

I loved you before I even saw you
And I saw you with my heart
Before I saw you with my eyes.

I loved you before you were conceived
Because I had known forever
That someday you would be born.

I loved you during every moment of every day
As I carried you in my womb
And could hardly wait until my arms were filled
With a tiny bundle of you!

I loved you during labor with every pain filled breath
I breathed a prayer that you would be born healthy
And safe and strong.

I loved you before and I loved you during
And I will love you forever and ever after.

Today we found out that you have some problems-

Disabilities or specials needs is what they say

But no matter what the problems might be

They won’t take my love away.

I am here sweet little one to hold when skies are gray

And you can be sure that I am here to stay.

For I loved you then and now I love you even more

And as your family we will face together

Whatever life has in store.
